Its been a not so long time since I updated on my cool and interesting life... =.=
Ytd, went to park mall to extract my baby molar. LOL, i was a little afraid at the beginning becoz i anticipated the pain to be excruciating. Haha, i was freaking wrong. It wasn't even pain, just a slight ache, no kick man. Anyway, the tranquilizer is cool, I love the feeling of being numb...
Besides the point, it has been a week since sch reopened and everyone seems comfortable settling into their new year, new classroom, maybe new classmates and new teachers and an all new beginning... The feeling of starting everything afresh makes everyone feel rejuvenated and vibrant and to have the undesirable hunger to carry on working hard for our results.
I love this feeling man! Starting afresh allows me to resurrect my excitement towards sch, passion towards meeting new people and the appetite for academic and non-academic success. And i guess all of us do have this great feeling when they begin a brand new exciting year :)
Perhaps not being widely-recognised as a mugger, i am beginning to emphatise with the mentality of why muggers mug so much. It is the ultrasensitive insecurity they have when they do not possess the required knowledge in the test and the high desire for success and maybe their mentality of doing all the best they can and there is absolutely no room for failure...
I'm beginning to realise the importance of this mentality after scrapping through 3 years of my sec sch life. I have always regarded those who study alot or spend much time on their studies as people with no-life, however, who can deny the importance of prioritising more time in studies at this crucial stage of our lives?
To be fair and honest, i don't really support the idea of muggism. However, there is something important we ought to learn from them, something which is very useful for everyone of us in our lives.
The strong desire and hunger for success, and the mentality of having no room of failure. If one adopts this mentality, the will towards striving your resolutions will be there, and our determination will drive us towards a better tmr...
Besides, I would like to provide a quote for everyone which might prove to be useful.
"It is not the strongest and fittest who survive, but those who respond well to changes."
This quote can't be any further from the truth, in this world, it is about adapting to the global environment and changing yourself as things develop extremely quik in this new era.
No doubt some may disagree with me, but i hope these will help those who may find these stuff useful... :)
You coloured my life @
